Alkaline & Acidic Foods

Alkaline Foods are Good Acidic Foods Are Not Good

This chart shows you which foods are alkaline (good for you) and which foods are acidic (not so good for you). That does NOT mean to say you shouldn't eat ANYTHING from the Acidic food list. You should be choosing approximately 75% of your food choices from the Alkaline side and the 25% from the Acid side.

A lot of people will be very shocked at how many foods they eat are the foods that are causing their health challenges.

See how you do!
